1. About these terms

"Trip Diary", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Trip Diary 旅游日记. "You" refers to the person using our website or making an enquiry or booking. Please read these terms carefully; if you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our role

Trip Diary arranges travel packages and connects you with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels and tour operators. Where those suppliers provide the actual travel services, their own terms and conditions also apply to your booking.

3. Enquiries & bookings

Sending an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking and does not oblige you to pay. A booking is only confirmed once our team has verified availability, agreed the final details with you, and confirmed it. You are responsible for ensuring the details you provide (names, dates, passport information) are accurate.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise and may change until a booking is confirmed. Prices depend on availability, travel dates and supplier rates. Payment terms, deposits and deadlines are confirmed with you at the time of booking.

5. Changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, contact us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations are subject to the rules of the relevant suppliers, and fees or non-refundable amounts may apply. We will always tell you the applicable conditions before you commit.

6. Travel documents & responsibilities

You are responsible for holding a valid passport and any visas, permits, vaccinations or documents required for your trip, and for meeting entry requirements at your destination. We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance. Trip Diary is not liable for losses arising from missing or invalid documents.

7. Liability

We take care to arrange your trip well, but we are not responsible for acts, omissions or failures of third-party suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control (such as weather, strikes, or travel disruptions). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid to Trip Diary for the affected booking.

8. Intellectual property

The content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — belongs to Trip Diary or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
